Texas stuffed peppers.....yummy

@ 02:16 PM (17 months, 9 days ago)

A little something not political not griping, not an issue.....enjoy

3-4 lbs large Jalapenos

2-3 lbs chicken breast boneless skinless

a lot of thin cheap bacon

favorite grilling seasonings

#1 split all the peppers lengthwise, in half...remove veins and seeds..(save them for a fresh salsa additive)

cut up chicken in small peices just large enough to fit in the pepper or just a little bigger. Season well, and make a sop to dab the peppers with when grilling...Wrap with a strip of bacon, secure with a toothpick.  Grill over low to medium heat untill the bacon looks like its starting to get crispy, the chicken should be done then. Serve as a pre=meal snack......and dont forget the BEER....(That ones for Mos and Aza........and me..lol) also goes well with a little shot of Patron Tequilla...(hic)....lol....riff
