The rational is, it can take as much as 30 minutes to allow the local PD to get there.  I don't know about Yall, but IF the teacher is properly trained in how to use the weopon, and attends regular classes on its use and safety, kinda like a continuing education thing, I got no problem. Especially since it's near houston area, Rember Joe Horn, and his mess, from popping two peices of illegal alien criminal caught stealing.......But if there is teachers or faculty able to carry, the chance of a columbine or virginia tech thing going as far as it did would be reduced. I can hear the liberal gun control activist already, and I expect this to cause a bunch of brooohaha.....But my opinion as narrow minded as it is ,.........is If you don't start nothing, won't be nothing.......or in other words, (if you are a liberal and need a further explanation), YOU will be responsible for your own actions, and behavior, if you decide to go to school and pull a butcher knife or gun and start shooting or stabbing, you may just get your butt shot, and killed......behave and be well.....behave like a thug, or schitzo psycho, and try to kill get a bullet in the chest or head......Now to be funny, can you imagine the class bully trying to mouth off to the wrong teacher......"F-You teach you aint telling me to do sh**,bitc* I'll hop over that desk and slap theBAM!!!.....Ok class please turn to the next page in your textbook, and begin reading about..........*clean up in room 101, clean up in room 101*..........Bet  they would behave though.....rofl...riff
