SF Statue Honors Killer Zoo Tiger
(Newser) – A San Francisco artist has commemorated the tiger who fatally mauled a teenager at the city’s zoo last Christmas with a statue, the Chronicle reports. “I wanted to do something to commemorate the life and death of this beautiful creature,” (also mankiller) Jon Engdahl, 48, said of Tatiana, who was killed by police after leaping from her enclosure and attacking three zoo visitors. (But remember, yall this is a "beautifull creature"....jeez whata putz)
“This was a labor of love,” Engdahl said. “I identified with this beautiful animal. I felt sorry for the sordid and needless way she died.” (OK hold up.......regardless of what the teens may or may not have been doing, once a great feline gets the taste of man in them they are a danger, and need to be put down lest they try to eat somebody else, I betya this jerk is a big card weilding PETA twerp......I bet that pansy won't look the parents in the eye and say that crap) Some witnesses say the teens were taunting the tiger before it attacked. Engdahl said he didn’t get permission from the city before placing the small sculpture along a stairway leading to Coit Tower, and will remove it if asked: “But I don’t think anyone will care.....(Wrong.......... asshole......when people like you place more importance on a animal than a human being.......it qualifies you as an asshat.....shame they didn't make a rug outta sheba's hide...jerk.....riff)
