Attention all rapist. Move to the Czech Republic

I just heard on the news, that in czech republic, it's common practice to castrate convicted rapist and pedophiles. They say it's promotes a low rate of repeat offenders! Yeah no shit. But any how. Bleeding hearts want it stopped and are trying to go to the hauge to stop it. Meanwhile back in the Czech republic. No repeat offenders. LOL. Riff
