GAZA (Reuters) – Three rockets fired from the Gaza Strip struck Israel Friday, causing no damage or casualties, an Israeli military spokesman said.

The shootings came as a longer-term, Egyptian-mediated truce was expected in the next few days to cement a January 18 truce that ended an Israeli offensive in Hamas-ruled Gaza last month.(well so much for that deal...those dudes need to loosen the turbin a few notches......HELLLOOOOO.....BOMB ISREAL GET SHIT BLOWN OUT OF YOU...it's a simple concept really)

There were no immediate claims of responsibility for the rockets which struck near the Israeli town of Sderot. Rocket fire has continued sporadically since a 22-day war Israel said had been aimed to halt rocket fire at its territory.

About 1,300 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli offensive. Fourteen Israelis have died since the fighting began on December 27 after the expiration of a six-month ceasefire.(Lets see 1300-to-14 on the death count.....sounds to me like they got their ass whooped, thats what we say is a wake up call sahib)

Hamas official Taher al-Nono said Thursday that a truce "is expected within three days" to ensure an end to cross-border violence and to reopen crossings between Israel and the blockaded coastal territory. Israel has not commented.(and yet they fire more rockets).....riff

    P.S. Hey, Riff. Heya been? Sorry I haven't been around much but, you guys understand. I'm still trying to get situated. Just getting the wireless set-up and back online was a nightmare. Did you know that some/me have to turn off firewalls and other spyware/AVG stuff? The idiots at Comcast didn't know that. They didn't even know to up the encryption from 64 to 128 or it wouldn't take the access "key" that they provide. My set-up is slower but, man, I can't function without the net.

(Notttt) hahaaa But I will probably spend my little ole 300. dollar economic stimulus check on hiring a lawyer to sue the dumb asses that got the economy in such a spiral with thier BAD loans and stuff. The lawyer will probably laugh at me and ask "Wheres the rest ? This will do for a downpayment" ?/!

  12. duggie has the cash since he stiffed me and the Senator on several lost bets. Big surprise there (both his losing and stiffing us). Why not give the $300 to the lawyer for filing expenses and he takes the case on a contingency fee basis? Both of you could be rich!!!
